Film Premier Parties
Marquees are ideal for Film Premieres as they allow huge sets to be erected without the build and de-rig time pressures of fixed venues.
Scaffolding and two-tiered structures ('double-deckers') can be used to create the most sophisticated and glamorous of parties - they provide 'chill-out' areas overlooking the main dining and/or dancing area/s.
Marquees are often employed at these show-biz parties as extensions to existing buildings, especially for extra Reception space or as a bespoke dining structure where numbers prevent the main building being used.
Of course, a particular theme can often encounter difficulties within a fixed venue, but a marquee provides a 'blank canvas', and as such it is often simpler for a promoter to host the entire party within a structure.
