In many circumstances an individual or team of support personnel are essential for the smooth running and general management of the event.
Technical Support
Complete Events very often offer a member or members of our technical team to be present during an event. This person would be responsible for operating lighting, heating and other technical equipment, and to take appropriate action in the unlikely event of a technical fault.
In general, this person's brief is to provide the client with complete peace of mind. He will always make final inspection of the marquee environment for safety and tidiness before the event begins, ensure all 'third parties' (caterers, entertainers etc) have technical support where it falls under our responsibility, monitor ongoing power distribution etc.
Where areas of technical support fall outside of our expertise, or where events are particularly large and our existing team require support, we will bring in relevant professionals to accommodate the event's requirements. For example these might include:
- Lighting Technicians

- Video Technicians
- Dedicated Generator Engineers
- Lavatory Attendants
- Heating/Air Con Engineers
