One of the best aspects of being involved in any service industry is when clients feel the need to communicate their appreciation of your efforts. Of course being involved in the entertainment industry is not enough - you have to be good at it!
Over the years our clients have chosen many ways of showing their appreciation, from bottles of Champagne to meals for our crews, letters of thanks to essential recommendation and referral. We even receive letters from clients that require translation for exact understanding!
We constantly receive positive feedback regarding our site crew at our corporate events. Our clients regularly compliment them on their friendliness, politeness, skill and precision. We guarantee they will always score very well on the post-event questionnaire.
Once the event is finished, and the marquee has been dismantled and removed, we ask the client to fill in the post event questionnaire. We ask for complete honesty about our service - what better way is there to learn? A whole host of subjects is covered; quality of equipment, crew helpfulness, speed of service, to name but a few.
We actively encourage our staff to read and digest and whether clients give 100% positive feedback or a request to alter a specific aspect of our service, you can be sure their comments will have an immediate effect. You can be sure that corporate events are a real passion of ours.
We are in the business of fun, but we take it seriously.

Compass Event Management
For a Company Fun Day for a Thames Valley client we provide marquee structure and related hardware for a successful wet weather contingency!

Microsoft - Case Study
For 1500 guests Complete Events managed Microsoft UK's Millennium Celebration Party. With a 'Space' theme we provided everything from structures to security, bespoke theming to catering. In total we supplied 65 lorry loads of equipment and managed almost 40 sub-contractors to deliver what was an undoubted success.

CE provided a dining and exhibition complex for this Anglo-French company over a three day period. The complex had everything including temporary telephone booths!

Thames Water - Case Study
For the Inauguration of the £325m Thames Water London Ring Main by Her Majesty, The Queen, CE provided extensive structures, and sourced and managed 23 contractors, as diverse as trumpet fanfares, site security and tiered seating.

With a 20 day lead time CE were asked to supply almost everything for a key incentives and awards / kick-off party. From the venue to the marquee, security to catering, bar to entertainments, we delivered on time and on budget.
